A Parade for Our Troops...

IraqVetsParade.com is an effort that began on December 16th when two New York City Council Members, Vincent Ignizio and James Oddo, proposed that Mayor Bloomberg host a parade in honor of our Troops.

Over the last two weeks, Ignizio and Oddo have been joined in support by countless elected officials, celebrities, news agencies, and active and retired members of the armed forces.  This site is set up to help coordinate their efforts and organize the public into helping.

Here's what you can do now: Email President Barack Obama and NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Share this website with your friends, "Like" the Iraq Vets Parade Facebook Page, and Tweet about the effort using hashtag #IraqVetsParade.
